If you go to this website, (http://ccanthem.co.tarrant.tx.us/search.aspx?cabinet=opr), you can see any number of these lease memos. Just type Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc in the Grantee field, then select Lease Memo from the Document Type drop-down box. You will see all of their records. It looks like the same lease memo for everyone.
Don't know if that helps, but they are public documents. You can do the same thing with other peoples leases. Interesting reading, but your eyes will hurt at the end of one contract due to small print.
