In late February, Dale Property Resources was contacted to begin talks concerning leasing. At that time, Dale declined to negotiate, saying it was "not in their companies best interest."
On May 12, Cheaha Land Services was contacted requesting information concerning their lease interests in the Euless area. Cheaha is the company that recently agreed to a $19,000, 3 year lease with the East Trinity Mineral Leasing Committee (ETMLC) which covers southeast Euless.

Cheaha has also been a company with good results. They contacted us and then suggested that we wait until the group put out bids since we'd get a better deal than the contract they were handing us. Sounds like a good business to me. They were confident they would not be out bid.
